I couldn’t really find many options, which was kind of disappointing. Like I said, the selection just felt limited, and like I said, I was hoping for a bit more to choose from.

Just a heads up for other parents: there are some decent learning ideas here, and my kids did pick up a few things. But overall, there wasn’t much guidance, so they were kind of left to figure things out on their own. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t go in expecting a really structured or hands-on learning experience...

I don’t get why the prices are so high here. I found the same stuff for less elsewhere, so paying extra feels unnecessary and not really fair.

I ordered this a couple weeks ago, and when I realized it wasn’t going to work for me, I figured returning it would be simple. But from the day I started the return, it turned into a whole back-and-forth situation. It took me several days just to figure out what steps I was supposed to follow, and every time I thought I was done, there seemed to be another thing to do. By the end of the week, I was just frustrated. The process felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and I don’t think I’d order again after dealing with that

I’m still waiting on my refund it’s frustrating. I understand things can take time, but at the very least, customers should be kept updated and treated fairly. I just want the money returned like it was promised

It might be fine if you’re just ordering something for yourself, but for a birthday or anything time-sensitive, I’d probably look elsewhere. Just not something I’d use again for gifting, unfortunately.

The box showed up half crushed, and the tape was barely hanging on. One of the items ended up with dents too, which was really disappointing. For what I paid, I expected the packaging to be way more secure...

I bought this wooden toy and it cracked after only two days. My kid barely even played with it, so that was disappointing. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better

I thought I was going to love this from Nova Natural because it looked really sweet when it arrived. Like, at first I was all excited and thinking it was totally worth it. But then quickly I was like, wait... why is this already scratched up? It just didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected, especially for the price. I got the Nova Natural catalog and it was just okay for me. To be fair, there are definitely some cute items in there, and the photos are really nice. But a lot of the prices felt a little high for how little detail was included in the product descriptions. I ended up having to go online anyway to get a better sense of a few things, which kind of defeats the purpose of the catalog. A couple of items I was interested in also weren’t available. It’s not a bad catalog by any means, but I was hoping for a little more.

Overall, the order was fine. The colors were kinda close to the photos, but not quite what I was expecting in person. It wasn’t a big deal or anything, just thought they’d match a little better. Shipping was totally fine though.

The whole thing just feels a bit sketchy to me. I don’t feel comfortable trusting this brand based on my experience.

It does have that natural material look, which I liked at first. But once I actually had it in my hands, it just felt kind of cheap, like the look was doing more work than the quality. Roughly put, it looks better than it feels, so I didn’t really feel like it was worth the money.
